A Day in the Life of a Project Management Team Lead:
The Project Management Team Lead is responsible for the delivery of enterprise projects and the support and training of the larger organization under the supervision and guidance of the Manager of the Project Management (PMO) department. The Project Management team lead works directly with senior business stakeholder’s to deliver projects throughout the organization. The purpose of this position is to develop, execute and lead projects, help mentor, coach and manage new members to PMO, train the larger organization on project management and help support management of the project management department.
